Well I thought I would have a lot to write about today, but now it seems like I really don't have too much to say right now. Anyways, today is my last day of work and its really hitting me right now how much I have really enjoyed working for this company. When I started five and a half years ago, I was just a young punk. I was a freshman in college and was just happy to have a job. But, soon after I started I began to realize just how happy I was doing what I was doing. I got to drive around all day and see brand new areas of this city that I had never seen before. I got to meet all new people at banks and began relationships with them. But the best thing was the people that I got to work with everyday. My former boss, Steve, is one of the nicest men I have ever know and I am so thankful that I got to work with him. But everyone that I work with are some of the best people around. They really enjoy giving me a hard time and I actually think that I will miss that. My current boss (for one more hour or so) is also a great man. He has been very good to me and always has kept me laughing and enjoying this job. The entire company has always allowed me to take care of my doctors appointments and been so supportive of helping me deal with my disease. Its funny how small of a world this is. One of my coworkers has known me since I was a baby and another has known me since she was our full-time sub in first grade. All of the people in this office are hard workers and good people and I am so thankful that I have been blessed with a good group of people who have given me an example of how to be successful in life. Although I am going to miss this job, I look forward to a whole new experience with a new company. Here I come!
