I don't know why I'm doing this, but, its kinda cool(in a wierd way i guess).

almost forgot to tell you

Um, 6'3" - 203 - Ding!
I'm not sure how many of ya'll out there are big sports radio listerners, but I got some big news that not everyone will know about. I used to not listen to a.m. sports radio because of how bad the reception was, but with XM I've been hooked on the Dan Patrick show for nearly 2 years now. Anyways, long story short, right after the new year Rob (or is it Ron?) Dibble left the show with out any explanation from Dan or Phil the Showkiller, anyways, Ron went to the new XM baseball station (175) that debuted last monday and he is a co-host with Kevin Kennedy on The SHOW. It's pretty good and its unedited so Rob is perfect on there, so if any of you have XM, give it a listen, or go out and buy it, it's worth the 10 bucks a month.

In other sports news, I heard about an hour ago that the Cowboys are about to sign Drew Bledsoe. I am really glad that I am not a Cowboys fan (eventhough I'm from Texas), cause it would really suck to have to watch him during the next year. He is an interception machine, the Cowboys will suck again, And I'm going to love it!

Oh, and once again, Barry Bonds plays the race card...he has no grasp of reality.

long day

.......................way too long..............

NASCAR

The Daytona 500 is today, Whoop-de-doo!
I still can't understand the fascination with this "sport," it ranks right up there with golf in my opinion. I would actually have to say that I like golf compared to this other thing known as Nascar. I don't know how people could actually sit and watch every single one of these laps and be interested in every single one of these laps. I have tried to sit and watch it, but I'd rather do homework than put my self through the pain of Nascar. I heard CNN say the other day that Nascar is the most watched sport in the U.S. these days. There are two things wrong with that statement: First, it is the most boring, unathletic "sport" around; Second, what in the world is CNN doing covering Nascar(well, we all know its to try and bring more people to CNN). I'll finish with this before I go back to my homework - Nascar sucks, and people who like it suck too!

Beans

Beans, beans, beans
Jessie ate some beans
He was happy, happy, happy
And he ate some beans-
Naked, naked, naked
Sitting cross legged
Naked, naked, naked
And he was happy, happy, happy
And he ate some beans-
Wine, wine, wine
Jessie ate some wine
He was happy, happy, happy
And he ate some wine-
Beans, beans, beans
Jessie ate some beans
And he drank some wine
He was happy, happy, happy
And he drank some beans

New York, NEW YORK

I'm going to NY at the end of May and today was the first time I looked at the Yankees schedule to see who they are playing. Well, it turns out they will be playing my most hated team in all of sports, the Boston Red Soxs. The only game I'll be able to go to is the "Sunday Night Baseball Game on ESPN," yeah, that game!(can you say Joe Morgan, Boomer?) Once I found out they were playing I went to the offical ticket site and found out that it is already sold out!, but not to worry, I found some others on another ticket site and I really need to purchase soon. Man, I can't wait.

The World @ large

I know that starting over is not what life's about
But my thoughts were so loud I couldn't hear my mouth
My thoughts were so loud I couldn't hear my mouth
My thoughts were so loud . . .

Changes

Last Tuesday while I was at the doctor for five and half hours and I had plenty of time to sit and think about stuff.
Of course, there were tons of things to think about and I was quite busy letting my mind roam away into mindless thoughts. But, after being there for nearly two hours, my mind grew restless, as did my body, and I got up and decided to go out to my car and get my iPod because I was absolutely getting bored (Plus, the nurses told me it was good to get up and walk around every once and a while so that the Barium I had drank would continue to move into my lower abdomen, so that the x-rays they were taking would show up better). Anyways, while I was walking by the check out area of the office, I stopped and talked to a girl I went to high school with and who worked there. She had some really informative news about how one of my best friends and girls that I really liked forever, was pregnant (don’t worry; she got married over the summer to one of my friends). Well the news just blew me away! I couldn’t believe it because it just sounded so weird to me. But really, it’s very normal and I don’t know why I reacted to it so strongly. It’s weird because for some strange reason I still feel like I am young and innocent and don’t have friends that are already getting married, and PREGNANT. But, when I went back to sit in the waiting room I was just pondering my life and listening to my iPod, the strangest thing ever happened. “The Times they are a Changing” by Bob Dylan came up on my iPod, and as I sat and listened, I had an epiphany. I really can’t describe everything about it, but it was great. I’ve got more to talk about this later on, so check back pretty soon and I’ll fill you in.

Super Bowl Prediction

Well, last time I tried this game predicting thing the Sooners didn't hold up their end of the bargain. But, since the Super Bowl is tomorrow I figured I should try again. I know that I am really going out on a limb here, but, Patriots 37 - Eagles 23.

Now hopefully it will be closer and somewhat resemble last years game which was one of the best Super Bowls around because it was such a close game the whole game.

Been a while

Well, it has been a while since my last post. I've been pretty busy/tired lately to post (even though it only takes a few minutes). Anyways, our company finally got all moved into our new building and its nice. It took me a while to get my area all set up, but now I'm use to it. I don't really have much around except for my Boston Terrier calendar, a clock/radio, and my MASTERS of the Gridiron 2004 fantasy football trophy. The TimMmaay's really kicked butt this year and we will repeat next year.
Anyways, I've had some really great thoughts (hard to imagine, i know) lately for some blog entries and I promise I'll get to them someday, but for the moment, please bare with me.
