So, I know that I promised a recap of my trip out to California, hoping it would be finished by tonight, but I didn't get around to it, I got sidetracked by something called "ironing." I had never really heard of that concept before, but because of certain circumstances, I have been introduced to it this summer. Anyways, I'll get it out sooner or later. First, because my final semester begins tomorrow, I want to share some statistics from my spring semester -

Last semester I took 19 hours.
I made six A's, one B.
that's a GPA of 3.842.
It was by far my toughest semester and yet my most successful semester, EVER.
16 of my 19 hours were upper level class, with 7 of the 16 being senior level classes.

I absolutely busted my tail and here are some crazy numbers to prove that....
From all of my homework and projects/papers, I typed:
107 Pages
54,462 Words (that's 255,166 characters)
1,208 Paragraphs

So why do I want to share this information? I start my final semster tomorrow. I have the easiest semester that I have ever registered for, and I am going to get a 4.0. Its also important to inform you that 2 years ago I was threatened to be kicked out of the school of business, and was put on academic suspension. Why was I put on academic suspension? Because I was put on academic probation the semester before that one and didn't improve my grades sufficiently to meet the standards of the school of business. Once I was threatened to be kicked out, I got my act into gear and have improved every semester. Its also important to mention something that really helped me out. I know I've mentioned it before but, CONCERTA works. Anyways, 4.0 here I come! Human Sexuality...Here I Come!

Big Trip

Well, on Friday I'm leaving to go to Malibu, CA. This should be a fun trip, except for the nearly 20 hours of driving, but I should be able to handle that quite well considering the practice I've had driving to the Minnesota/Canada border, not to mention the drive to Vegas while hitting two blizzards on the way (NOT FUN). Anyways, we will be stopping for one night on the way, so that will be nice to break it up somewhat. But, the reward of the long drive will be reached when we finally stop in Glen Helen, CA (its some where around San Bernardino, CA). Why will we be stopping there? Well, just for a little musical event called The Family Values Tour. Korn and The Deftones, two of my favorite bands of all time. Some of you reading this may absolutely hate them, which is somewhat understandable, but, I love them. I have passed up my chances to see Korn before, and really not been happy with myself that I did, but not this time. And to be able to see these two bands in one function, wow! This got me thinking of all the bands that I have seen live and which ones were the best, so I'll list them and judge which ones are the best. I'm going to try and do them in ascending order:

Third Eye Blind, Robert Earl Keen (I think 11 times), ...Okay, I can't remember the order, so I'm just going to start listing them: 311, Creed, Sevendust (Twice), A Perfect Circle, Hed PE, Breaking Benjamin, Godsmack (Twice), Metallica, Saliva (thrice), Shinedown, Audiovent, The Mars Volta (absolutely hated them), Staind, Cold, Nickleback, Snoop Dogg, Pat Green (thrice), Cooder Graw (a lot), Puddle of Mudd (twice), and who could forget the great Ted Nugent, and it feels like 10 more that I can't remember.

So, with out even seeing Korn or The Deftones yet, I'll now do my top 5:
Metallica - who else?
Korn - they are going to rock my socks off, if I'm wearing any...
A Perfect Circle - Completely changed how I look at the band...Awesome
311 - Being that I have loved this band forever, it was so great...And I destroyed everyone in my path that evening
Deftones - They may rock my shirt off....If I'm wearing one.

Well, anyways, that's a little bit about my trip coming up with Tanner. I also can't wait to see Heidi Klum, shes pretty hot!
And, as usual, I promise that I'll write about it when I get back, but I really will this time.
