interesting..

I just saw this a second ago. Its a description of you depending on what month your bday is and I was born in July and though that it really does describe me for the most part and thought i would share it with you.
JULY:Fun to be with. Secretive. Difficult to fathom and to be understood. Quiet unless excited or tensed. Takes pride in oneself. Has reputation. Easily consoled. Honest. Concerned about people's feelings. Tactful. Friendly. Approachable. Emotional temperamental and unpredictable. Moody and easily hurt. Witty and sparkly. Not revengeful. Forgiving but never forgets. Dislikes nonsensical and unnecessary things. Guides others physically and mentally. Sensitive and forms impressions carefully. Caring and loving. Treats others equally. Strong sense of sympathy. Wary and sharp. Judges people through observations. Hardworking. No difficulties in studying. Loves to be alone. Always broods about the past and the old friends. hot. Waits for friends. Never looks for friends. Not aggressive unless provoked. Loves to be loved. Easily hurt but takes long to recover.

mostly true except the part about "no difficulties in studying" and I really don't know about "hot." But that is pretty interesting to me, somehow someone knew me when they wrote that.

I just don't know what to do

Sad songs depress me.......

But, tonight as I was done working out I was driving by my church and the billboard said "Relax, God is in charge." ----------perfect timing

I'm going to go spend a while praying on this subject, because seeing her tonight really got me down, yet somehow excited........

You asked for it......

So, according to one of my readers and others that I have heard from, ya'll like it when I write longer posts. Because I like to give back to the people, this one should tide you over for a while (But, you have to leave a comment if you read, deal?)...

Well, where do I start. 24 (the greatest action packed show ever) concluded last night with a riveting finale. I have been addicted to this show from the very first season and, besides the shock value of the first season, the recent fourth season was the best(they must have come up with new writers or something because it just blew us all away). If you don't watch, I don't want to spoil it for you, but I will - they killed off Jack Bauer. And if you do watch, then you know the truth behind that last statement. The preview for the next season, which begins in January, set us up with a great statement, "You don't know Jack..." Thats about all I want to say about 24, except for, Please bring Jack's daughter, she is so hot!

So anyways, I am leaving this coming friday at 7 in the morning for New York, New York. One of my good friends, Ryan Boeka, is graduating from West Point. He is the Cadet First Captain, the highest ranking cadet at West Point, and is also ranked very high academically. I have know him since elementary school and became good friends during our years at Crocket Middle School, and also at Amarillo High School. For anyone that knows him, being the top ranking guy is not what you would expect of him. Anyways, this trip will be a great time to hang out with friends and do things that we Amarilloans usually do not get the chance to do. We will be staying at The W for two nights and that should be a whole lot of fun, since we rented a suite for the 5 of us going.

Next, The Texas Rangers sure are getting hot. The other day they scored 18 runs by hitting 8 home runs. Due to the fact of the up coming easier portion of their scheduale, and the great(for Texas) starting pitching, they are going to make a run and take over the lead in the American League West and stay there until the playoffs.

Last, for now, I recently have been able to start using The Facebook. If you don't know what it is, then your out of the loop, or your university is behind in the times like my school was until recently. This is a really interesting web site that allows college students to be able to keep up with friends from high school and from their own schools. WTAMU just recently go into the fold because they gave in and finaly allowed their students to have their own email system(crazy, I know, but its about time). Its a cool site because once you find someone you can ask them to be your friend and that will open new doors and it seems like every day you can find someone new that you know and then you can read their profile and find current information about them. If your school is not listed on it, you can do what I did and find the page on Facebook that allows you to request your school to be on there and, in my case it seemed to take about 3 months before we got on. Its can be fun to read others profiles and catch up. Facebook me!

And, as always, if your on your bike tonight, do wear white...

My new digital camera is coming today! I made my first eBay purchase last week and saved a ton of money compared to what I could have bought it for at Best Buy. I can't wait to get it out and start clicking away. I know some of yall are asking why I bought a digital camera since I have a photographic memory, but I figured I might want to be able to share my memories with others.

How about them MAVS!
Finley stepped it up
Dirk did really good, and Dampier seemed to play motivated.
What a great, physical game

Life is good

The Rangers are heating up. The bats are hot and the arms are even better right now. I sure hope they continue and that they make a strong run and take over first and never look back. Also, how about them Dallas Mavericks....a 40 point victory last night! Can't beat that. Now, Dirk needs to improve his game in the playoffs, which I think he can against the Suns because they play a totally different type of defense then the Rockets. Best of luck to them.

Happy mothers day to all mothers, we all know how special they are to us.

Summer is Here

It feels really good to be finished with school until the fall semester. I just wish I could be like a lot of people that graduated with me 4 years ago and already be graduating from college at this time in my life. But, I guess it will be alright to spend another year or so finishing up and trying to move on with my life. I really have no rush due to the fact that I do not have a girlfriend or for that matter any significant prospect right now, but I am still happy as I can be. Someday, it will happen, and it will be great.

This summer will be a good summer for me. I'll be very busy working at my usual job while still mowing around 10 yards and continuing to make that money. With my trip to New York approaching, I am getting very anxious to go, it will be so much fun. Hopefully I'll be attending a few Rangers games, but, I'll definitely be watching every game every night, since that's what I like to do. I have always been a Rangers fan, through thick and thin, and no matter how they do this season I'll watch because of the tag team of Josh Lewin and Tom Grieve...There simply is none better. They always have great conversations about anything and everything, from Seinfeld to the "Cookie Lady," oh, and I guess they also do some of the best baseball commentary around.

There will be many new CD's coming out this summer that I can't wait to listen to: Robert Earl Keen, Foo Fighters, Weezer, Deftones... and so on......

So I hope everyone out there has a good summer and make sure and leave me a comment when you read my blog, I would like to know who is reading and how/(if) they like it.

Take my picture by the pool, 'cause I'm the next big thing.....
